Although we will occasionally touch upon time management and other “business coach-y” things, you have me as a confident, empowered Holistic Life Coach. I work on the inner and outer principals for your success and look at all aspects of your life from an organic and spiritual perspective. We are going to get down to the core of who you are as a whole person and discover your beliefs, desires and core values. I not only help you create the steps necessary to reach your potential, I treat you as a whole person through the mind, body and spirit connection. Through various techniques, I’ll help bring you back to the present moment where your power is. You will once again step back into your own power! Own it and truly create the peace in your life and love the version of yourself that shows up to play this game called life!

I’m concerned with how you are going to reach your highest potential and get everything you want and deserve from life. Your goals are my #1 priority! You may not like what I have to tell you – but you can be sure I will always tell you the truth. The truth about what’s standing in the way of your success and how to get rid of it FAST so you can start getting results in record time (and I throw in a healthy dose of humor and inspiration, which always helps!)

The Masterpiece in Progress program was created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about claiming back their life. This means not running around all day long, beating yourself up anymore saying: “I can’t do this, it’s too hard” “I’m afraid” or indirectly “I don’t deserve this”

It was created for you to put systems in place within a couple of months (sometimes weeks!), which will eventually lead you to taking back the control of your life, empowering you to make your own decisions and becoming so confident that nothing can stop you from reaching your goals!

Being through my traumatic experiences myself, I’m known to work best with other people who need a “helping hand”, people who are committed to their success no matter what. Who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to reach your highest potential and to become your truest self. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!” Consider what you’ll do with a high-octane crash course on everything you need to know to get the outcomes you want and deserve. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a very different way of thinking and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: To Regain and Take Charge of Your Own Life!

Please know I’m very selective in who I work with, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my program and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.) The ​Masterpiece in Progress program​ is NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s rent check or mortgage payment). If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3) favors:

1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind.  Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your ​Masterpiece in Progress​ assignments and the BIG picture.
2. Sign up for the free ​Masterpiece in Progress​ monthly newsletter over email innerstrengthcoachforwomen@gmail.com. The free information will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one.
3. Make a point to read the “tip” section of the monthly newsletter.  They will give you LOTS to think about.

Doing these three things will really help you get primed for our work. When you’re ready, call me and we’ll get you started. (I’m in no rush and will be here when you need me) Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenge every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you do not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair? I want to give you 120% of my time, resources and energy to help you achieve your goals.

​Masterpiece in Progress​ is designed to balance your Mind, Body and Spirit as a whole being. The program ​involves helping people bettering themselves and their lives by bringing about necessary changes​ to conquer their negative habits/beliefs and take control of their destiny.

1. Becoming Clear, Calm and Focused
   We examine where you are at this moment and what we can do to create an atmosphere where you will be able to become centered and relaxed so that you can explore the best possible decisions to developing the goal and steps needed to get to where you want to go.  You’ll learn how to create a positive atmosphere so the law of attraction can start working for you.
2. Shift Your Focus
   Here’s where you will build a solid platform so that you’ll know exactly what you want and how to get it.  You’ll learn proven techniques to discovering what it is that you want, bring out the inner confidence to your outer confidence and vice versa.
3. Get Moving
   Here’s where the turning point and get moving come in to play.  By now you will feel strong and confident to know exactly what you want and where you want to go.  We’ll develop a concrete goal, action steps to take and turn up the heat!
4. Formulate and Activate!
   It’s not all serious actions, we can have fun too!  In this module, we’ll use different techniques and explore through a creative process that will inspire and keep your momentum going.
5. The Wheels are Turning
   We are now kicking it into high gear!  Our confidence is on high, inspirations are flowing and we’re moving forward.  We’ve formulated a plan of action!   As with any process, changes occur. Here we will re-examine your goal, action steps and make any necessary changes to get you to where you want to go.
6. You’ve Got This!
   You may be struggling with some resistance, feeling a bit stuck and overwhelmed.  In this module, you’ll learn proven techniques to help with self-doubt, fear, anxiety and all those“pesky” thoughts that may keep you from achieving your goal(s).  You’ll learn to “re-shift” your focus and bring out your inner confidence and well, You’ve Got This!
7. Why Again?
   Here we’ll revisit why it is what your doing and why?  Reinforcing your goal and regaining the strength needed to keep going.  You’ll take a look at your progress, remember the why and continue to move forward with confidence.
8. Persistent Focus
   You’ll learn to keep your eye on the prize!  Continue developing the skills needed to reach your goal with persistence and confidence.
9. Complete Your Actions and Finish!
   You are a short way from the finish line!  Here’s where we strengthen all that you have learned, achieved and become so powerful, nothing but yourself can stop you from completing your goal
10. Celebrate and Inspiration
    You’ve done it! Your goal(s) is there! Exactly where it should be.  We’ll recap everything and celebrate your accomplishments!

That depends on how quickly you can make those inner shifts. Some clients are ready to go and reach their highest potential in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks while others have a bit more work to do first. It depends on where you are at that moment with your state of mind and surrounding circumstances. How committed are you to the program.

Do all of your homework. Be totally committed to your success. Understand that this is a process, a proven one, that works if you take action and implement all of the steps.
